How to apply Tattoo Cover-Ups
Thoroughly wipe the temporary tattoo site with rubbing alcohol to remove any oily stains, so the tattoo will last longer and be of better quality. The less hair under the translator, the better. Gently moisten the outside of the tattoo with a damp cloth or sponge so that the moisture soaks through the entire piece of paper, wait 30 seconds. After that, the translator will become elastic and will easily take the shape of the skin when applied. Apply the temporary tattoo to your skin and press lightly with a wet sponge.
